Choosing the right class for you

We highly encourage all new clients to do an induction before joining a group class. There are 3 induction packages to choose from that all include at least one 1:1, which will assess your level and help determine the best program for you moving forward. We will aim to book you in with different teachers so that you can explore different teaching styles and meet more of our brilliant team of skilled teachers.

Once you have completed your induction and you are ready to join a class, you can check out our schedule to see which days and times work best for you. We are open 7 days a week from early in the morning until late in the evening. On our schedule, you can find the different levels we offer: All Levels, Beginner/Intermediate, Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced. Based on the advice given by our teachers, please book into the level most suitable for you.

Preparing for your first class

Once you have booked in via the studio, on our website or on our app, you will receive an email with all of the information you need for your visit, including: entry details, where to leave your belongings, safety procedures and a reminder email 48 hours before the class begins. Please remember that we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all booked sessions and cannot confirm your attendance until we have received payment.

All you need to bring with you is a bottle of water, a padlock and socks; preferably grippy ones. You will need to wear comfortable workout clothing, such as leggings and a T shirt.


Before your first class

Please arrive between 5-10 minutes before class to ensure the session starts on time. Latecomers may not be admitted after 10 minutes for safety purposes.


Your first class

Firstly, the teacher will ask everyone how they are feeling and if they have any injuries that they should be aware of. They may recommend individual modifications for you if needed.

All classes will follow a Tower or Reformer flow. We keep our numbers small so you will receive individual attention and guidance to help you make the most of the class. Teachers will ask consent before giving hands on to assist you in your practise. If anything doesn’t feel quite right or you don’t understand something, please speak up!


After your class – Congratulations!

As your class finishes, your teacher will normally have a small window before their next class begins, so let them know how you feel then hold onto any feedback (positive or otherwise!) and speak to the Studio Manager outside. If they are not there – feel free to drop us an email or call us on 0207 186 0611. We will get back to you as soon as we can and have a chat. We really appreciate hearing from you to find out how you found the sessions and if there is anything we can do to improve- even if it is a change of day/time for your favourite class!

We recommend doing 2-3 classes a week for optimal results, so make sure to book in again to feel stronger, more mobile and feel the benefits of Classical Pilates!
