Ashlea is a young, passionate Pilates instructor originally from Sydney, Australia.
She made the move to London to complete her Advanced training at Exhale Pilates, and continue her career as a professional dancer.
Ashlea was first introduced to Pilates by her physiotherapist for technique, posture, and injury prevention. She realised how beneficial it was for not just her dance career, but everyday life. It was after her first session, that she knew she wanted to be an instructor and share Joseph Pilates’ system with others!
In 2017, her journey began at Authentic Pilates Studio in Sydney with Olga Tamara. During this time she was performing in Sydney and completing the basic and intermediate elements of the course. Her passion continues to grow as a teacher, as she can quickly see results from clients as they fall in love with the classical system, and the benefits it has on overall their wellness.
Pilates is a complete mind-body connection, that allows you to never stop learning and challenging yourself. These traits are what has inspired Ashlea with her teaching and own practical work.

Cadillac! To stretch and strengthen simultaneously.

Attentive, dynamic, calm.

Ash! Or Gail (my middle name).
What is your favourite post-Pilates snack?
Smashed avocado, peanut butter banana or a green smoothie.
