With the background of being a professional dancer, and working in theatres for several years, Erika has a special connection with movement and with the importance of health. A dancer not only dances with her body but also with her soul, therefore in her work she tries to motivate everyone to make that connection throughout a body mind training. With Pilates, she is able to help different kind groups or individuals, varying not only in age groups, but in goals as well – therefore, she finds it truly important to teach the body, not the rule, and focus on individual needs.
Erika got her classical Pilates education in Boston, USA and has been teaching Pilates for about 13 years in European capitals, such as Budapest and London.
“I truly believe that the goal is to reach a balance and harmony in our minds, spirits, and bodies – especially in the busy life of London, and hence why Pilates is a perfect area where, I can use my holistic approach.” – Erika
