Regina Resch

I was born in Austria and moved to the UK to study Fashion and Photography. Currently working for a tech company in Soho. I found my passion for fitness a few years ago and really enjoyed HIIT classes and weight training. My pilates journey started when I signed up for a few Pilates classes at the gym which made me research more about what this method is and where it comes from. The more I learnt about the classical method and about its benefits the more I wanted to dedicate myself to the practice. As soon as I entered Exhale and had my first private with Gaby I knew that this is what I wanted to do and I wanted to learn everything about it. My body never felt so strong. I started the teacher training course because I want people to feel the same way I did when I started practicing Pilates. There is nothing quite like it!
