I’m so excited to be a part of the team here at Exhale and I’m looking forward to working with you so that you can experience for yourself how Pilates is an invaluable method of enhancing existing strengths and capabilities while moving away from limitations and towards optimal wellbeing. With over fifteen years of extensive experiences and studies in the modalities of Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, Dance and Sports, I’m passionate about movement that heals and builds awareness. I hold two Pilates certifications – both in the Classical method. I’m a graduate of the Advanced Teacher Training Program and the Master’s Certificate of The Pilates Center in Boulder CO.
I believe that having confidence and freedom in our bodies is vital to feeling healthy, recovering from injury or ill health, not just meeting but surpassing goals and rejuvenating ourselves in our own environments.
