I fell in love with Pilates years ago when I was trying to recover from a back injury. I found the focus on precision and alignment, which allows you to evolve and improve your physical capacity and strength, inspiring. But I also found I really enjoyed it.
I initially qualified as a contemporary Pilates teacher more than a decade ago. Then I discovered the classical method which changed my understanding of Pilates (and improved my strength). I qualified as a classical comprehensive Pilates teacher in 2018.
I love teaching classical Pilates: it is the best method; the apparatus really changes the body and the posture immensely. You feel strong, rewarded and energised after every class.
