This exciting class incorporates the use of the Wall Unit (Tower) along with mat work using springs, bars and other Pilates apparatus to support and deepen your work. The springs create powerful, resilient muscles that will be stretched while building strength and stability from the core. You will tone arms, legs, inner thighs, glutes, abdominals and the upper back in a fast and effective way. Recommended for all ages, genders and levels. Be prepared to work hard!
