I have worked within the Leisure Industry for over 20 years and met Gaby back in 2001 when she visited one of the London Health Clubs I managed. We hit it off instantly and have been friends and work colleagues since!

I watched on as I saw Gaby complete her teacher training and was even a body for some of her apprenticeship! In 2015 I saw her open Exhale Pilates London and in 2016, I joined the team! Initially starting part time as a business sounding board to Gaby, my role soon progressed to be Exhale’s business manager, where with, Gaby I guide the direction of the business and (hopefully!) steer it to success!
