She shares what it’s really like to be an apprentice at Exhale - from the studio environment and community to the guidance and support provided throughout the training.

Exhale Pilates at @padelsocialclub City Wellness Retreat 🤍

We’re looking forward delivering a Classical Mat Pilates class at @padelsocialclub’s City Wellness Retreat this September.

Taking place on Saturday 19th September, the day brings together movement, mindfulness and recovery, with Exhale leading one of the morning movement sessions.

We will be joining the agenda to provide a Classical mat sequence (the Exhale way!) - building power, control and grace from head to toe.

Let’s make Pilates Contrology again.

At Exhale, we don’t make shapes and were not going through the motions. Every exercise is earned, not performed.

Because Joe didn’t call it Pilates. He called it Contrology; the complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit.

That takes strong foundations. It takes cues that actually mean something.

It was so wonderful to work with Jill this morning (who is 63 btw) not just because she is such a lovely lady but because she demonstrates how being committed to this method consistently and working with so many of our incredible teachers shows up in how she moves and the confidence she has built over the past year.

Very proud that not only is she 63 doing our full comprehensive but how she is built through the system such foundational strength that is keeping her strong for life and providing her with such vitality. ✨
