1️⃣ Build a strong foundation. Nailing the basics is the key to long-term success in your practice. Start as you mean to go on.

Thigh Stretch

It might be called a Thigh Stretch, but it should really be called Booty Burner 🍑🔥

To perform this exercise you need to be thinking about hinging back with your glutes, hamstrings and core fully engaged.

This will automatically stretch out your thighs but keep your lower back supported and body building strength in all those right places. 💪🏼

Tip
Keep shoulders over hips, abs drawing in and up and lift back up from your glutes and abs for one spicy exercise that becomes a lot more than just a thigh stretch 🌶️
