Did you know that balance training can be a game changer to your overall fitness?

Whilst we often use the Magic circle to work our abs, arms, and legs, it’s an amazing tool to work and improve our balance too! ✨🙏🏼

Maintaining good balance as we age becomes crucial. It helps reduce the risk of injury, and can even improve your reaction time.

So, if you love to wear high heels, 👠 a runner 🏃🏻‍♀️ chase after your kids 👩‍👧‍👦 and prevent the chances of falling over and getting a sprained ankle, incorporate balance exercises into your training. 💪🏼

It will not only promote stable knees, ankles, hips, and shoulders it will keep you young and active for years to come. 🤸🏽‍♂️

Finding the right fit 🤝

Ragga came to complete her Advanced part of her full comprehensive training with Exhale. She didn’t have the best experience with her first programme that she joined and was so disheartened she nearly gave up.
