📣We’re hiring: General Manager / Head of Operations

We’re looking for someone brilliant to help run and grow our three Exhale Pilates London studios.

Organised? Obviously.
Commercially minded? Definitely.
Great with people? Essential.

Able to juggle three studios, a busy team, lots of moving parts and the occasional curveball without losing your sense of humour?

We’re looking for someone who is intuitive, proactive and naturally takes ownership - the kind of person who notices what needs doing before anyone has to ask.

You’ll work closely with our Founder Gaby and SMT across our Marylebone, Primrose Hill and North Finchley studios, overseeing operations, people, performance and client experience while helping us continue to grow Exhale.

Experience in operations, wellness, fitness, hospitality, luxury service or multi-site management would be a big plus.

The role, title and salary will depend on experience. Finding the right person matters more to us than fitting someone into a job title.

If you love building businesses, leading people, fixing problems and making things happen - we’d love to meet you.

Send your CV + a little about yourself to studiolead@exhalepilateslondon.com

Pilates experience not required. An ability to embrace springs, spreadsheets and studio life is 😊

It’s been so amazing to see how much interest there’s been in our Full Comprehensive Teacher Training this year!

We’ve now got just a few remaining spots left in our London and Nottinghamshire intakes.

We’re especially excited that our founder, Gaby, will be personally delivering the training for both locations this intake!

📍 London: Beginner weekend: Friday 16th–Sunday 18th October 2026

📍 The Reformer Room, Nottinghamshire: Beginner weekend: Friday 6th–Sunday 8th November 2026

If you’ve been thinking about it, now’s the time to get in touch education@exhalepilateslondon.com

We’d love to help you take the next step. 🤍

Your twenties wanted boot camp. Your thirties are begging for a spine that still works in your forties, fifties and beyond.

Here’s the thing nobody tells you: burpees and bad form don’t build a body that lasts - they just borrow against it. Every fad you did in your twenties made a withdrawal. Pilates is how you start paying it back.

Exhale isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about moving smarter - controlled, precise, intentional work that builds strength from the inside out instead of grinding your joints down for a quick burn. No shouting, no shame, no “leave it all on the floor.” Just movement your body will still thank you for a decade from now.

Because the goal was never to survive your workout. It’s to still be moving well long after it’s over.

Ready to train with intelligence, not just intensity? Come exhale with us.
