This morning: @exhalepilateslondon ‘Pilates in the Park’

What a way to say goodbye to summer!

This morning we took Exhale outside for a very special Classical Mat Pilates class in the beautiful Primrose Hill. Led by our founder, Gaby, we brought together some of our community for movement, fresh air and plenty of September sunshine.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us - including some of Exhale’s very first clients and a couple of four-legged guests 🐾

And huge thanks to our wonderful partners who helped us bring the morning to life - @yogi.bare for the mats, @joeandthejuice for after class refreshments, @youthandearth for some soothing skincare and @omossuk for organic sea moss beverages.

August at Exhale (so far!)

It’s been amazing watching so many of our clients new and old trying the variety of classes and teachers across our 3 studios this month.
