If you’re looking to qualify as a mat Pilates teacher or want the best foundation for your own personal practice, we can’t stress enough the importance to learn from teachers who have experience and knowledge of the whole Pilates system.

This will ensure you lay the foundations for a solid career in the Pilates industry and understand the true essence of how Joseph Pilates intended his work to be shared.

Some of our past Mat apprentices have gone on to do incredible things like launching their own apps, delivering incredible retreats and creating their own Pilates communities.

This course also sets you up nicely to do our Full Comp if you’d like to take it.
