⏰ The Countdown is on!

If you’ve been thinking about enrolling in our Full Comprehensive Teacher Training next February, you’ve got until the 24th December before we close applications.

At Exhale, we require you to meet our prerequisites before joining the course. This means that you must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the Intermediate Reformer repertoire without assistance.

We want to set all our apprentices up for success and we know that having an understanding of the work in your own body before embarking on the teaching and overall course is less overwhelming both physically and mentally. It also demonstrates an understanding of the discipline that is required in the Classical work.

As much as we would love to take everyone on that wants to enrol with Exhale we have these prerequisites as it is also an important sign to us that you’re ready to rise up and meet the challenge of the programme and it’s commitment.

There is a reason our teachers stand out with their knowledge and teaching skills, we know the recipe for success.
