Exhale would love for you to host our courses! Our mission is to deliver our Master Mat course in locations all around the world so that our ever growing community of Pilates enthusiasts can expand to include apprentices from far and wide – all with a shared passion of Joseph Pilates’ work.

If you have a studio that we can host our course in, then please get in touch to let us know where you’re based. We would visit you for two days to deliver our own teacher training programme in your space, then once we have established a relationship with you and the apprentices, we will work alongside you to offer support and guidance as we build the next generation of skilled classical mat teachers.
