My Pilates journey started when I trained to be a professional ballet dancer. It was something I found myself drawn back to when I studied dance at Columbia University. Then, when I moved to London I felt inspired to change careers and focused on teaching Pilates full time.
I love the power of Pilates to support your life. It helped me minimise pain throughout pregnancy and regain strength after my daughter was born in 2020. Now, I love being able to help my clients discover strength, balance and posture through Pilates.
