Yesterday was the launch of our first Open Gym at Exhale 🎉

We are so excited to bring the original format that Joseph Pilates taught at his studio and share it with you all.

Giving guidance but gaining the power of having autonomy over your body and mind is a powerful tool to gain 🙏🏼

We are launching more Open Gym classes next month but we’d love to know if there is a specific studio and time you’d love to see on the schedule.

*Please note this class is open to teachers, apprentices and clients familiar with the Intermediate sequence
*Drop in sessions will also be available from March ✨

Throwback to the perfect Monday in Marylebone 👌

We hosted an event with our friends at @rebaserecovery for the ultimate wellness experience in London.

We started with a Reformer class at Exhale, stopped off for a Matcha and Coffee at @thehagenproject and then headed to Rebase for their contrast class which included breathwork an ice bath and sauna.

A big thank you to @oysho for gifting the girls their activewear.
