I’ve always loved sport and movement. I’m a rock climber and open water diver. For a while I was a professional handball player. A friend of mine introduced me to Pilates over a decade ago and I was so impressed I decided to become a trainer, gaining certification from Balanced Body University, and specialising in clinical Pilates.

Blending all my sports experience with Pilates enables me to prepare custom lessons for sportsmen and women. With more than 20 additional certifications in biomechanics, functionality and medical Pilates, I’m able to help clients with injuries and other health conditions enjoy a better quality of life.
