Bump and I moving and grooving this morning 🫶🏻

3 things I’ve learnt personally whilst working out pregnant

1️⃣Listen to your body and don’t try and be a hero - you’re a hero creating a baby

2️⃣ Keep the range smaller so bump doesn’t take so much load 🙏🏼

3️⃣ Take regular breaks as boobs and bump can really stifle your lungs 🤪

After a busy week it was great to spend the day at the @siroonezaabeel trying out their recovery lab, followed by a relaxing day by the pool.

More than ever I am taking it as high priority to rest this bump and brain, and recovery has taken on a whole new meaning. 🙏🏼

Throw back to last weekend where our current intake of apprentices completed their Advanced training.

It’s amazing at this stage to see all the hard work, focus and commitment that has been applied over the previous months of apprenticeship, and it’s always a reminder to us all just how powerful following this incredible system is and where it can go.

The hard work at Exhale is always balanced with fun, laughter and a huge amount of team spirit as we support and cheer each other on.
