The best results aren’t always the ones you can photograph.

The best results are built over time and felt for life.

Exhale Pilates at @padelsocialclub City Wellness Retreat 🤍

We’re looking forward delivering a Classical Mat Pilates class at @padelsocialclub’s City Wellness Retreat this September.

Taking place on Saturday 19th September, the day brings together movement, mindfulness and recovery, with Exhale leading one of the morning movement sessions.

We will be joining the agenda to provide a Classical mat sequence (the Exhale way!) - building power, control and grace from head to toe.

📅Saturday 19th September | 9am–2.30pm
📍Padel Social Club, Empress Place, London SW6 1TT
🎟️Tickets available via @padelsocialclub

Looking forward to seeing you all on the mat!

How do you explain this feeling to someone who has only experienced Reformer?

The Reformer is brilliant - but on its own, it’s one piece of a much bigger picture. The full Pilates system the barrel, chair, mat, cadillac (to name a few) works the body in ways no single apparatus can alone.

Each one teaches something different. Together, they teach you everything.

Our @pilatesstylemagazine is about to touch down in London!

You’ve all seen the cover shot, but which number would you have chosen from these selects? 1, 2, 3 or 4?

Be honest, did we nail it or did we miss the best shot?

This morning: @exhalepilateslondon ‘Pilates in the Park’

What a way to say goodbye to summer!

This morning we took Exhale outside for a very special Classical Mat Pilates class in the beautiful Primrose Hill. Led by our founder, Gaby, we brought together some of our community for movement, fresh air and plenty of September sunshine.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us - including some of Exhale’s very first clients and a couple of four-legged guests 🐾

And huge thanks to our wonderful partners who helped us bring the morning to life - @yogi.bare for the mats, @joeandthejuice for after class refreshments, @youthandearth for some soothing skincare and @omossuk for organic sea moss beverages.

A truly beautiful morning.

Keep your eyes on our grid for more community events, coming very soon!🤍

And don’t forget to sing up to our newsletter to be the first to know!

Introducing one of the incredible pieces of apparatus in the Classical System: the Wunda Chair.

Joseph Pilates called it his “mini gym”, and for good reason! From upper-body and leg strength, to balance, stability and coordination, the Chair challenges you to work from your centre with precision and control.

Here, our programme manager, Hannah, explores how working with it can deepen your connection to the Classical method and support your movement, both in the studio and beyond.

You’ve told us how much you enjoy it, so we’ve introduced dedicated Wunda Chair classes to give you more time to explore the work!

Book via the link in our bio. Be quick, spaces are limited…

And tune in next week to learn more. 🫶🏼a
