My Pilates practice kept my mind and body happy and healthy for many years before I decided to leave my job in Film & TV and turn my passion into a new career. I started out teaching contemporary pilates and it wasn’t long before I fell in love with the classical method and became a regular client at Exhale.
I’m continually impressed by the genius of Joseph Pilates and believe his method can help everyone from every walk of life find strength length and freedom of movement. I want clients to experience its transformative power and leave my class feeling a great sense of well-being, confidence, accomplishment and the ability to move functionally in their daily lives. Seeing the difference an hour of focussed movement can make to a person’s mind, body and spirit is truly amazing!
