Spend a morning with me in Dubai as a founder and mum.

As a founder, it’s always tricky managing mum guilt while running a business, but I always make sure to prioritise in some movement in the morning and then spend quality time with my little one, especially getting back into the swing of things after pregnancy to move my body.

After that, I hop on with my UK team and the working day begins.

The year I got my dream job and found my best friend for life.

Nothing can prepare you for the lessons you learn when you have a little human to look after and protect.

Nearly a whole year of being your mummy, and you’ve taught me what truly matters, the gift of being present and a kind of pure love I never knew was possible.

Here’s to all the incredible mums out there juggling it all and doing the very best they can.

Sending love to anyone who finds today difficult, and a special mention to the ones praying their baby dust settles soon, my baby girl is proof that miracles can happen. 🫶🏻

Today marks the first day of @benjamindegenhardt World Phenomenon, March Matness. A month devoted to Joe’s original 34 mat exercises. No deviation, No dilution, just the pure work of a genius and the way he created it.

We will be sharing every Monday posts to show you how the matwork can be used in day to day life to keep your body and mind energised.

It’s a powerful sequence to follow so if you’ve never committed to it, this is definitely the month too!
