I’m beyond excited to share that I’ll be a Presenter at @balanced_body Pilates on Tour® London, April 10–12, 2026! ✨

I’ll be teaching two workshops I absolutely love:
 💫 Flowing Through the Classics on the Reformer, where we’ll explore how to create seamless, intelligent flow while staying true to the heart of the classical work.
 🔥 Fun & Functional on the Wunda Chair, a practical workshop packed with creative progressions you can use immediately with your clients and in your own practice.

I’ll also be teaching Classical mat classes over the weekend and Exhale will also be supporting and delivering Joes Gym in the @contrology.bb suite 🙌🏼

Pilates On Tour is such a special weekend with hands-on learning, incredible global educators, and the chance to connect with Pilates professionals from all over the world.
