Classical Pilates and strength training are like bread and butter. Good on their own. Better together.

Pilates teaches you to move well. Strength teaches you to move heavy.

Together they build a body that lasts.

This morning: @exhalepilateslondon ‘Pilates in the Park’

What a way to say goodbye to summer!

This morning we took Exhale outside for a very special Classical Mat Pilates class in the beautiful Primrose Hill. Led by our founder, Gaby, we brought together some of our community for movement, fresh air and plenty of September sunshine.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us - including some of Exhale’s very first clients and a couple of four-legged guests 🐾

And huge thanks to our wonderful partners who helped us bring the morning to life - @yogi.bare for the mats, @joeandthejuice for after class refreshments, @youthandearth for some soothing skincare and @omossuk for organic sea moss beverages.

A truly beautiful morning.

Keep your eyes on our grid for more community events, coming very soon!🤍

And don’t forget to sing up to our newsletter to be the first to know!

Your twenties wanted boot camp. Your thirties are begging for a spine that still works in your forties, fifties and beyond.

Here’s the thing nobody tells you: burpees and bad form don’t build a body that lasts - they just borrow against it. Every fad you did in your twenties made a withdrawal. Pilates is how you start paying it back.

Exhale isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about moving smarter - controlled, precise, intentional work that builds strength from the inside out instead of grinding your joints down for a quick burn. No shouting, no shame, no “leave it all on the floor.” Just movement your body will still thank you for a decade from now.

Because the goal was never to survive your workout. It’s to still be moving well long after it’s over.

Ready to train with intelligence, not just intensity? Come exhale with us.

Client and apprentice Jill showing most 20 and 30 year olds how it’s done.

It was so wonderful to work with Jill this morning (who is 63 btw) not just because she is such a lovely lady but because she demonstrates how being committed to this method consistently and working with so many of our incredible teachers shows up in how she moves and the confidence she has built over the past year.

Very proud that not only is she 63 doing our full comprehensive but how she is built through the system such foundational strength that is keeping her strong for life and providing her with such vitality. ✨

Friday inspo right here 🙌🏼

Movement, motherhood and connection 🤍

Yesterday, we welcomed a wonderful group of mothers to our Primrose Hill studio for our Motherhood Session, in partnership with @wearesmoosh.

Beginning with a Classical Tower class led by Exhale founder, Gaby Noble, and closing with an open conversation between Gaby and Smoosh co-founders, Sophie and Vicky, the afternoon offered mothers space to reconnect with their bodies, share experiences and explore the realities of motherhood.

Thank you to every mother who joined us, for making time for yourselves and bringing such warmth and honesty to the room.

And a huge thank you to @wearesmoosh and our partnering brands, @milk.it.bakehouse and @joeandthejuice, for helping us make the afternoon feel so special.

If you are interested in joining our next Motherhood Class - comment MOTHERHOOD, or drop us a DM. 🫶🏼
