Sometimes it takes a serious injury for clients to finally start Pilates. Our wish would be that everyone would do regular Pilates to avoid injury in the first place.

Either way, we are always so happy to support clients like Alma build back their bodies after surgery and return to doing the sports that they love with even better mobilty and function.

Pilates done properly is literally the glue that keeps the body together 🫶
