The year I got my dream job and found my best friend for life.

Nothing can prepare you for the lessons you learn when you have a little human to look after and protect.

Nearly a whole year of being your mummy, and you’ve taught me what truly matters, the gift of being present and a kind of pure love I never knew was possible.

Here’s to all the incredible mums out there juggling it all and doing the very best they can.

Sending love to anyone who finds today difficult, and a special mention to the ones praying their baby dust settles soon, my baby girl is proof that miracles can happen. 🫶🏻

Over 12 years ago I met the woman I now call my Pilates mummy.

Olga Tamara became my first real mentor in the Classical Pilates world, and I am beyond excited to welcome her to Exhale after not seeing her for so many years to deliver her incredible workshop: The Power of Touch. ✨

In this three-hour workshop, Olga explores the role and importance of touch. How we use it ethically, intentionally and with real clarity.

With practical work on the Reformer, Wunda Chair and Cadillac/Tower, you’ll refine your tactile cueing skills while learning how to integrate visual, verbal and experiential cues to better support motor learning, proprioception and efficient movement.

This is about teaching with warmth, precision and confidence learning to say less, guide more, and truly meet the person in front of you.

*Teachers from all schools and backgrounds are welcome
