Social Media might have something to do with this (ours included). However, we all know that instagram is not reality and our studios are full of a range of ages, body shapes, abilities and genders but they all have something in common, they decided to start.

We are such advocates for Men doing Pilates.

Weather it’s to supplement the sports that they love or to keep their mind and body centred during busy working days.

Not all Pilates is created equal, so make sure that you’re not taking a ‘Pilates’ session that is simply adding more stress to your body because it’s actually a fitness class using Pilates equipment.
