Our teachers are more than instructors, they are your mentors on the path of wellness. Their hands-on approach is that extra piece of confidence you gain in your sessions, to ensure each movement is enhanced, you’re kept safe, and that each and every session takes you one step further towards your goals.
We utilise varying brands of apparatus across all of our three studios. Exhale maintains a fresh outlook on the Classical work with inclusivity as its heart and our Marylebone studio hosts both Balanced Body and Techno Pilates apparatus.
