Just 3 weeks left before our next Full Comp intake 🙌

It truly is Back to School season, as in less than a month we welcome our new intake of apprentices as they begin their journey to become Fully Comprehensive Classical Pilates teachers. ✨

This isn’t just any training course…

They will learn the full Pilates system, the intention behind the exercises and how they all work together to heal, strengthen and align bodies.

From hours of self practice and observing to hours practicing the work in their own bodies, they will deepen their knowledge of this incredible, life changing method.

They will be part of our Exhale Community and be supported by our Education team, teachers and clients. 🙏🏼

Exhale Team Social 🫶

Last Friday afternoon some of our fabulous team went to @arccommunity_ to try their contrast class.

We experienced the heat of the sauna 🔥 combined with breathwork and ice baths 🧊! It showed just how tight a team we are, as we leaned on each other for support and motivation to push us through the discomfort of the challenge. 🥶

We left on a well earned dopamine high 🙌🏼 - thank you to @arccommunity_ and Valentina for a great experience.

We’re looking forward to seeing where Gaby and Katie choose for our next team social. 😄
