What a difference a year can make 🫶🏻✨

I want to first take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas 🎄 and Happy Holidays!

For me as I sit here reflecting on this time last year it was on Christmas eve that we faced another heart-breaking call of disappointing IVF results, and hope of becoming a mummy felt like such a distant dream.

As I fast forward to now being pregnant with our little miracle, it reminds me of the power of patience, resilience, not losing hope, and the strength and importance of having love and the right people around you are.

I wanted to share this message to anyone facing their own struggles right now, and to say please hold onto hope 🙏🏼 and be kind to yourself; everyone is on their own journey.

And whatever your journey is through the ups and downs believe in brighter days and those dreams of coming true.

Here’s to a new year for us all filled with hope, love and new beginnings. ✨

1️⃣ Book a workout with your bestie (at Exhale obviously 😉)

Guernsey Guys & Girls, watch out!

There’s a fabulous Classical Pilates teacher in town 🙌🏼

What a joy it’s been to watch Sinead’s journey so far and celebrate her passing her Intermediate exam yesterday. 🎉

Her care and commitment throughout this course make her an absolute pleasure to support and teach.

Regardless of life’s challenges and airlines that cancel your flights, there are those people that find excuses and then there are those that will always find a way.

Sinead is one of those people that will always find a way.
