I discovered the Classical Method of Pilates through a client in my previous job as a Hair Colourist. She highly recommended Exhale for Training and their Education; as someone who has always loved and embodied Health and Wellbeing (and dabbled in different forms of Pilates prior) I excitedly booked my Intro pack !From client to an apprentice on the Full Comprehensive May 2022 intake, my love for Pilates and the studio grew.

Now with just my Advanced Exam to go, I have been welcomed behind the Desk and joined Hannah as part of the Front of House Team. To be part of such an amazing community of people is truly uplifting and expiring .I look forward to growing as a Teacher whilst I continue my journey with the Classical Method and soaking up the incredible energy working in both Studios.
