Anna’s Pilates journey started when she was a very young girl through training in classical Ballet until her late teens. Her mother then became a Pilates teacher and this was when she was really introduced to the wonders that Pilates can bring. Anna practised as a lawyer for many years but her passion was always with fitness and exercise. Then following a shoulder and neck injury her love for Pilates was ignited again.
Anna loves the way Pilates changes your body, improves your flexibility and overall strength and at the same time enables you to have mindfulness during the busy life in London. Anna loves working closely with clients and focussing on each person’s individual needs and seeing how Pilates really is beneficial for everybody no matter their fitness background.
A busy mum to three boys Anna always makes time for her own Pilates training and is always amazed at how much it enhances her own fitness and overall wellbeing.
