My Pilates journey started in 2013, back home in Italy, in Gloria Gasperi’s wonderful studio. I remember my first class, it was a private on the Reformer and I’m not going to lie, I didn’t get it! But for some reason I felt so good afterwards and I wanted to do it again. Since then I have never missed a class.
When I moved to London 5 years ago, I was desperately looking for a classical Pilates studio and after a few classes here and there, I found Exhale. As soon as I walked into Exhale’s door I knew it was the one! Gaby and all the teachers with their smiles and energy made me feel at home and gave me the courage to do something that was already in my heart for a long time: the Teacher Training course.
I truly believe that movement heals the body and the soul.
As a teacher, I want to share the love for this method, help clients to feel as good as I feel after a class, make them feel good about themselves and let them flow through the movement in order to flow in their everyday life.
