Jessica’s Pilates journey started at a young age as she trained to be a professional ballet dancer. She was always drawn back to the work throughout studying for her Bachelors of Arts in Dance at Columbia University. When she moved to London and found herself unfulfilled in a corporate job, she felt inspired to change careers and focus on teaching full time. Most recently, Pilates has helped minimise pain throughout her first pregnancy and regain strength after her daughter was born in October 2020.
