I am very excited to join the wonderfully welcoming studio at Exhale. I come from a classical dance background and danced internationally for over ten years. Towards the end of my dance career I began to struggle with bulging disks and inflammation in my lower spine, which lead me to discover the joy and benefits provided by Pilates. I tried many treatments, however, Pilates was for me the only successful method in consistently reducing the pain and returning the freedom of movement to my spine. I decided to train to be an instructor myself, so that I could learn to help others to heal and strengthen their bodies, just as my instructor had helped me.
I started my teacher training program as a distance student for the Pilates Center, Boulder, Colorado. I was lucky enough to train with a vast number of master teachers both in the USA and back here in London on my return. I am thoroughly enjoying sharing this wonderful method and its vast multitude of benefits with clients. I am a firm believer that by taking the time and care to restore our bodies we can also revitalize our mind and spirit. I look forward to working with you!
