Laura Bowler

Having danced and been on most sports teams, being active was a part of who I was. Going to Uni to study Fashion Journalism switched this to a super social lifestyle and sport was no longer featuring in my day to day, which after so long I really started to miss.

I was gifted a course of Private Pilates sessions which happened to be with a classical instructor and this was my first intro to the method.
Moving to London to follow a career in fashion, I juggled the social lifestyle with on/off stints at gyms and different group class studios, trialling various methods of Pilates,  yoga, HIIT and weights.
After every Pilates session I felt so good and thought everyone should feel this amazing and I’m going to be the person to do that!
I chose to study with Equinox and completed their fully comprehensive programme.
Seeing my clients feel as good as I do when I have finished a session, and their bodies and minds changing and getting stronger fuels my passion for the method, knowing it really does work.
