Nasia Grimani

Teacher

Nasia was a Physiotherapy student and a volleyball athlete when she first discovered Pilates. Being sporty from a young age and taking part in gymnastics, boxing, running and yoga, meant that Pilates and all its benefits made total sense to her. Nasia immediately loved the discipline of Pilates and harmony it creates between the mind and body. She soon realised that Pilates was something she needed to keep in her life!

Nasia’s clients have described her classes as ‘a challenge with a sense of humour and upbeat energy to get you through’. She has also been known as ‘the devil teacher with the angelic face’…we have been warned!
