Sadie began her Pilates journey thirty years ago whilst training as a professional dancer. She later went on to train as a Pilates teacher and over the years has been fortunate to have worked and trained with some of the original teachers that brought Pilates to the UK.

Sadie continues to work closely with her mentor in New York to gain a deeper insight into the original work and to further develop her own practice. She holds a belief that learning is life long and has seventeen years experience in teaching clients from a wide variety of backgrounds. In January 2021, Sadie sold her Pilates Studio in Guernsey and moved with her family to the UK. Sadie now works as a freelance Pilates teacher.
