Serkan Tetik

Starting from his early childhood, Serkan had a passion for sports and movement. He started playing handball when he was 13 and had 10 years of experience as a professional player. When he discovered his passion of outdoor sports during his university years, he attended courses from the Turkish Mountaineering Federation and became a certified mountaineer. He has high altitude and rock climbing experiences in places such as Kirghizistan, Uzbekistan China and Turkey. As well as this, his interest in the deep blue pushed him to be an advanced open water diver to discover the world under the sea.

Pilates has been in Serkan’s life for the last 10 years, 8 of those as a professional trainer. He is a comprehensive instructor certified from Balanced Body University and has a particular interest in Clinical Pilates. He has many certifications which makes him an excellent rehabilitative instructor, as well as an extensive knowledge of sports and anatomy. By blending all of his sports experience with Pilates, he can prepare custom and effective lessons for sportsmen and women.
