⛔️Not all Pilates is rehab-friendly.

Choosing the wrong Pilates studio or class can actually set back your recovery. If you’re dealing with an injury, or using Pilates as part of your rehab or recovery session, it’s crucial to know what to look for.

✅ What to look for:

* Individualised attention & hands-on correction
* Teachers trained and qualified in injury protocols
* Emphasis on alignment, control & breath
* Equipment used as intended, to support and challenge intelligently

🚩 Red flags to avoid:

* One-size-fits-all classes with little to no correction
* Calorie burn focus instead of functional strength
* Loud music + fast-paced sessions (hello, HIIT… not Pilates)
* Instructors with minimal training or rehab knowledge
* Equipment treated like gym machines

We’ve seen too many injuries made worse by studios ignoring these principles.
