I have always been passionate about physical and emotional health and find Pilates is the best way to challenge your own body and with the use of breath, to calm the mind. Since having my son in 2023 through a C-Section, I have had to rebuild all my strength and have solely done this through the classical method at Exhale, initially as a client and now on the teaching training programme.
I’ve learned how capable our bodies can be, but also how you can challenge yourself in all levels of the system. I am excited to share my knowledge and passion with the Exhale community!
