Turning 46 at the Farm with my littles life’s miracle

Never have I been so influenced and learnt so much about myself since having my daughter.

You learn quickly what actually matters and really what’s just noise.

Some days the win is the business. Some days the win is simply making it through the day.

And the biggest lesson is you seriously become fiercely protective of your peace, your time and your people.

Thank you Gigi for teaching me so much and know the best is yet to come with you my ride and die.

I Hope everyones enjoying this unbelievable heatwave and wishing everyone an enjoyable rest of the Bank Holiday weekend 🤸🏻

‘Here comes the Exhale Bride 👰

Arabella came to Exhale wanting to feel her best for her wedding day. In the process, she has gone from someone who viewed exercise as a chore to someone who genuinely looks forward to her 3 visits to the studio a week - she never misses her early morning Pilates class at Marylebone!

It’s been incredible to see how much she has progressed with a mix of Private sessions and Tower and Reformer classes.’

My cup is full.

What an incredible weekend sharing my passion for the Classical work at ‘Pilates on Tour’ London.

Teachers from all over the globe, all with different backgrounds - some deeply rooted in the Classical method, others experiencing it for the very first time. Yet everyone arrived with open hearts and open minds, united by a shared language: a love for movement and learning!

Grateful to @balanced_body for inviting me to represent @contrology.bb and to share the powerful difference that the combination of true classical work, on classical apparatus, can create in the body.

It was a really special couple of days meeting and connecting with some incredible people, whilst doing what I love.

You can’t ask for more than that!

What a way to start a Sunday morning in London.

40 people, 60 minutes of Padel and 45 minutes of Classical Mat with our Founder Gaby Noble.

A workout fuelled by coffee and a little Magic Circle

Oiling the joints and firing up the back body was exactly what we both needed yesterday.

Me in a sleep-deprived mummy phase 🤪 and Emily fresh off a flight. ✈️

Nothing like a bit of coffee, Magic Circle and motivating one another to do the job 💪🏼

Who else needs some coffee and movement to function today? 😄☕️🙋🏻‍♀️
