Still on a high and absorbing the magic of last weekend’s workshops with @marianopilates ✨

What made it so special wasn’t just the incredible teaching. It was the people in the room.

People who travelled from all over the world, united by a shared love of learning and a deep appreciation for this incredible method. 🙏🏼

It was a strong reminder that education is about so much more than information. It’s about people, connection, community and the energy created when the right people come together in one room.

Because when a room is filled with open hearts and curious minds, something special happens.

Conversations become richer, the learning goes deeper, and the experience stays with you long after the weekend is over.

Without question, it was one of the most memorable workshops we have ever hosted at Exhale.

✔️ Join our Online Mat classes to deepen your understanding and stay connected to your practice.

✔️ Spend time in our studios and immerse yourself in the environment—you’ll be investing a lot of time here, so it’s important that it feels like home.

For your prerequisite assessment, we ask you to demonstrate the Intermediate Reformer repertoire.
