It’s been amazing to see how Beth, Founder of The Reformer Room has embraced the Classical method not just for herself but also for her teachers and clients.

Beth is currently an apprentice on Exhale’s Full Comprehensive course with hopes of teaching the method at her own studio.

This month we are celebrating Joseph Pilates and how the intelligent method he created over 100 years ago is still helping people RETURN TO LIFE.

Across the month we will be sharing inspiring stories from our community, diving into some archival footage and sharing life lessons learned from the method.

We’re kicking off the month with our Pilates Appreciation Wall across all studios on Friday the 2nd of May and then we’re taking Classical Pilates to the Sky Garden with OSYHO on Saturday the 3rd of May.
