📣 NEW Workshop: Pilates for Hypermobility with Willemena

This workshop is specifically for hypermobile clients. You will learn how to set yourself up for success when taking a Reformer, Tower or Mat Pilates class.

Willemina will help you to listen to your own body and give you the tools to build strength and move safely.

You will leave with a specific mini session to take home with you which is safe to do every day and will target the weaknesses of many hypermobile bodies.

It’s all in the detail 👌

Precision in Pilates is so important.

Having the correct set up for an exercise is the perfect example of this.

Take Pull Straps and Backstroke on the Reformer; such powerful exercises that strengthen the back, shoulders and core.

If the set up is not done correctly, it can give the opposite effect and compromise the lower back, shoulders and neck.

Joseph Pilates was a genius and the dimensions of the apparatus were created to support each exercise.

The devil is in the detail with this work and that’s also were the magic happens 🪄

At Exhale Pilates our mission is to Empower Bodies and Educate Minds. We are therefore delighted to be launching our new workshop series that does both!

Each month you will find one client workshop and one teacher workshop on our schedule.

The workshops have been designed to help you improve your own Pilates practice, explore lesser known apparatus and improve your teaching skills.

We’ll be annoucing our first workshop on Instagram this Sunday at 8am so make sure you check back in then!
