March Matness Monday | Week 4 at Primrose Hill

This week we had our fab teachers Emeline and Serkan demonstrate exercises 23 - 28 of the 34 Return to Life Through Contrology sequence.

23 The Hip Twist with Stretched Arms
24 Swimming
25 The leg pull (front)
26 The leg pull
27 The side kick kneeling
28 Side Bend

Showing that Pilates meets each individual body where it’s at, Serkan is taking a modified version of swimming that works for his body. Pilates is not about making shapes, it’s about understanding the intention of the exercise.

After 600 hours of commitment & dedication these wonderful apprentices passed their advanced physical exam yesterday!

Time to celebrate & enjoy the weekend, they certainly deserve it!
