Celebrating the small wins 🙌

Both Shoshi and I had not tried the exercise Rocking in a while and there was nothing pretty about it but then that’s not the intention of Pilates.

It’s about how we progress in our own bodies that’s the real win.

We all have limitations in our bodies, some which will progress over time with consistent practice and then there are some exercises our bodies were just not designed to do, and that’s ok!

Shoshi had tried numerous times to hold her feet and for me I was doing this for the first time 4 months post c-section so a high five was the least we could do to celebrate. 🎉

We all feel such a sense of achievement when we do something that has always felt impossible or so far out of reach, so this is a reminder to always celebrate the wins however small or big! 🙏🏼

Such a treat to catch up with teacher and friend Shoshi whilst both in Marbella. 😍

Loved every minute being together. It made me even more excited that I’m less than a week away from being with the rest of the Exhale team. 🫶🏼

Also, loved hearing the moans and groans, a reminder I’ve still got it lol

Happy to be getting my teaching voice back and body strong to return to the studios next week for a very full month ahead! 🤸🏻

⛱️ It actually allows me time to workout properly without rushing or needing to consider my work schedule.

😎 It sets me up with a ⁠⁠positive start to the day. Whilst holidays don’t have a routine a morning Pilates session gives me structure to get the most out of each day.

🤸 Pilates just makes me feel good!

The fact that she got to train at Exhale’s Private 1-1 room and the amazing facilities at @siroonezaabeel made working out so much easier...I mean what a view!
