‘Here comes the Exhale Bride 👰

Arabella came to Exhale wanting to feel her best for her wedding day. In the process, she has gone from someone who viewed exercise as a chore to someone who genuinely looks forward to her 3 visits to the studio a week - she never misses her early morning Pilates class at Marylebone!

It’s been incredible to see how much she has progressed with a mix of Private sessions and Tower and Reformer classes.’

This one is really beautiful to watch, as when Ellie and Marie aren’t teaching Pilates they are both ballet dancers. ✨

What a group. What a weekend 🤍

Our first weekend of Exhale’s Full Comprehensive Teacher Training always hits differently, it’s where we come back to the beginner work, the true foundation of Pilates. Not just what we do with the body, but how we begin to be in the work as teachers.

And this group…truly something special. 🥰

From apprentices who have been teaching for over 20+ years to those stepping into their very first training, the mix was incredible.

But what mattered most? Open minds, open hearts, and genuine support for one another.

People have travelled from all over the world — Trinidad, South America, Greece, Chicago, North Carolina, Ireland, Poland and even relocating to London to be here.

When you pause and really take that in, it’s humbling beyond words and a true reflection of how far Exhale Education has come and where we are going. 👀

Some came to retrain, feeling gaps in their previous education and wanting to reconnect with the integrity of the work, others to create an entirely new path for themselves.

But everyone shared the same intention: to invest in themselves and to learn this method properly, as a system.
One that they can carry anywhere in the world. 🌍

That level of trust is something I never take for granted.

A powerful reminder that this work is for everyone — no matter your age, experience, or background.

Exhale Education is more than Teacher Training. It’s connection. It’s growth. It’s stepping into something bigger that really is a transformative journey and we are excited to support these apprentices along the way!

Here’s to the class of 2026 and what lies ahead 🙌
