At Exhale, we help people at all stages of their Pilates career.

From starting out as a total beginner, to experienced teachers who are looking to continue their education or bridge over to the Classical system after completing training elsewhere.

Our bridging programme is perfect for teachers who feel like they want to explore the Classical method and close the gap on the knowledge of how the system works as a whole.

Whilemena had been teaching Pilates for 15 years, since completing her Bridging programme at Exhale, her teaching and personal practice has completely transformed.

Progressing your 💯

The hundred is a really smart full body exercise, thank you Joe 🙏

It was cleverly put at the beginning of the mat sequnce to warm the body, wake the brain and boost cirulation.

Once you gain a deeper understanding of the sequence and the interchanging links between the exercises that’s where the fun starts. Then you can play with the sequence and watch your Pilates practice with the Classical mat go up a notch 👌

Two exercises we like to play with in the system and to challenge the 100 to gain a deeper and stronger connection are the roll up and roll over prior to doing the 100.

If you’re working on progressing your hundred, here is a routine for you to practice at home.

The roll up x 5
The roll over x 3- 5 both ways
Then
The hundred, for you guessed it a hundred beats 🔥

You’ll feel a stronger connection to your centre and more length in your spine.

Everyone has their own ‘why’ for starting Pilates.

For Ronnie, he wanted to continue his love of cycling and running which is why he has been a consistent and loyal client for over 10 years.

Keeping up his weekly private sessions at Exhale allows him to feel strong, supported and confident allowing him to stay active, injury free and full of energy with his grandchildren.
