To get started, just follow the steps below to download the app, reset your password, and get back to booking classes, managing reservations, and more. Let’s dive in!

✅ Step 1: Clean Up Your Old Setup
Only include if applicable:

  • If you were using the Exhale Pilates app, go ahead and delete it from your phone.
  • If our studio was saved in your favorites in the Mindbodyonline app, we recommend removing it.
  • If you used the desktop version of Mindbodyonline, replace your old bookmark with this link: 👉 https://exhalepilateslondon.com/

📱 Step 2: Download the New App

🔐 Step 3: Log In to Your Account

  1. Open the app and tap “Log In” on the Welcome screen.
  2. Tap “Forgot Your Password? Reset it now.”
  3. Enter the email associated with your account.
  4. Not sure which email is on file? Contact us at info@exhalepilateslondon.com or call us at 0207 186 0611.
  5. Follow the password reset email instructions, then return to the app and log in.

🔎 Step 4: Review Your Account Info

  • Reservations: On the Welcome screen, double-check that your upcoming classes are correct.
  • Payment Info: Tap your avatar (bottom right) → Payment Methods. Add a valid credit card if needed to avoid service disruptions.
  • Memberships/Credits: Tap the back arrow (top left) or avatar again → Memberships & Credits to confirm everything transferred correctly.
  • Notifications: Tap your avatar → Notifications → Marketing, and make sure Email Notifications and Text Notifications are toggled on to stay updated.
