Introducing The Motherhood Sessions

A new series of intimate events created to support mothers through movement, conversation and connection.

Motherhood changes everything – including the relationship we have with our own bodies. At Exhale Pilates London, we know how important it is for mothers to feel supported, seen and given the space to reconnect with themselves. That’s why we’re so excited to introduce The Motherhood Sessions, a brand-new series of intimate events designed exclusively for mothers, blending expert-led movement with honest conversation and genuine connection.

Our Second Session: In Collaboration with Smoosh

A 45-minute Classical Tower class led by Exhale Founder and new mother, Gaby Noble, in partnership with Smoosh, a baby skincare brand creating trusted essentials to protect and care for sensitive skin from newborn and beyond.

Thoughtfully designed with new mothers and the postnatal body in mind, the class will use Exhale’s Classical Pilates apparatus to offer considered, expert-led movement, helping mothers reconnect with their bodies and return to exercise with greater confidence.

Following the class, Gaby will be joined by the Smoosh co-founder, Sophie Poultney, for an honest, open and empowering conversation and Q+A about the realities of motherhood – from navigating the postnatal period to the importance of trusted support, meaningful connection and making time for yourself.

Guests will also enjoy light post-class refreshments and leave with a Smoosh goodie-bag for their little one.

Before You Book

To take part in the Pilates class, all guests must have received clearance to exercise from their postnatal healthcare provider. A pre-class health questionnaire will also be sent to attendees ahead of the event.

Tickets are limited. If the event is fully booked, please join the waitlist. We are exploring the possibility of releasing additional spaces and will contact those on the waitlist first.
