This is what happens when you commit...

Last week, our clients finished the January 21 Day Challenge, 12 classes in 21 days and one thing came up again and again: Showing up consistently works.

Stronger bodies. Deeper connection. More confidence in how they move and feel.

By committing to 4 classes per week, they didn’t just do Pilates they felt the difference Pilates makes when it’s practiced regularly, because consistency is the secret sauce. 🤍

Not perfection. Not intensity. Just showing up, again and again.

Choose a number of classes you can realistically commit to, make a promise to yourself, and honour it weekly. That’s how results are built and how they last a lifetime.

And remember consistency isn’t just for January, we should care for our bodies for a lifetime.

An international Pilates teacher and Physical Education professor with over 20 years of experience, Mariano is known as a true “professor of professors.” He has taught teachers around the world from São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro to New York, Bermuda, and Los Angeles and now joins us from Argentina to share his deep knowledge of the Authentic Pilates Method.

Pilates can humble even the strongest of men! 🔥

If you’re using Pilates to support your other training, make sure it’s not just another workout that ‘beasts’ your muscles or throws random exercises at your body, donkey kicks included.

Pilates formley known as Contrology is intelligent, movement.

It’s about choosing modalities that complement what you already do, not just reinforcing the same dominant patterns again and again.

Most men train what they’re good at. What’s strong gets stronger. What’s tight gets tighter. And what’s not switching on… keeps getting ignored.

Today Vaughn discovered that especially when using the Wunda Chair.

He trains hard. He’s seriously built. And he came in thinking he was going to do lots of stretching and the Reformer style craze which he has tried and actually said after is more like a HIIT workout!

💪 Instead, he found muscles he didn’t know existed.
 ⚖️ Imbalances he didn’t realise he had.
 🔥 And work that was far harder than it looked.

Not because it was heavy or taking muscles to fatigue but because it was precise and he had to learn to control the movement.

I always say that Pilates asks you to leave your ego at the door and meet your body where it actually is today.

And yes, it’s humbling
Sometimes frustrating and not everyone has the patience to do it.
 But anything that undoes poor movement patterns and builds long-term resilience is worth it.

Teach your body new tricks. Or better yet teach it intelligence 🙌🏼
