The last couple of weeks I’ve had some incredible and motivating meetings with some inspiring people.

The ones where there’s no fluff or bullshit and their words (sometimes harsh) couldn’t have been more motivating or directional.

But above all the business chat there is only one person that points me in the right direction, and that’s my little girl!

I can’t believe you’re 11months today and have been the most influential person in my life, and will always point me in the right direction! 💕

This is what happens when you commit...

Last week, our clients finished the January 21 Day Challenge, 12 classes in 21 days and one thing came up again and again: Showing up consistently works.

Stronger bodies. Deeper connection. More confidence in how they move and feel.

By committing to 4 classes per week, they didn’t just do Pilates they felt the difference Pilates makes when it’s practiced regularly, because consistency is the secret sauce. 🤍

Not perfection. Not intensity. Just showing up, again and again.

Choose a number of classes you can realistically commit to, make a promise to yourself, and honour it weekly. That’s how results are built and how they last a lifetime.

Consistency isn’t glamorous, but it is POWERFUL.
